Services

European university admissions are not a single decision or a single form.

They require clarity, structure, and informed choices at each stage of the process.

That is why my services are intentionally structured into three distinct packages, reflecting how families typically move forward: first evaluating whether Europe is the right fit, then building a clear plan, and finally navigating applications and preparation with guidance.

All three packages start from the same place. The difference between them is how much guidance you want once you begin.

There is no one-size-fits-all path — only the right level of support for your situation.

Package 1

European Options Snapshot

For families and students who want clarity before committing

If you are exploring the idea of university study in Europe but are not yet sure whether this path makes sense for you, this package provides a clear, personalized snapshot of your realistic options.

It is designed to help you understand whether Europe is a strong strategic choice — before investing time, energy, or money into a full application process.

What this package gives you

You receive a personalized, honest assessment based on:

•    Your academic background
•    Your intended field of study
•    Your goals and priorities
•    Your budget considerations

From this, you will clearly understand:

•    Which European countries fit you best
•    What the application process would generally look like for you
•    What level of preparation would be required

This package replaces assumptions with real information — tailored specifically to you.

What You Receive

•    A personalized written university-fit report tailored to your academic profile and goals
•    A country-by-country shortlisting showing where admission is realistic and where it is not
•    A recommended university list with clear rationale (fit, selectivity, competitiveness)
•    A high-level admissions pathway overview for each viable country (systems, exams, and typical sequencing)
•    A clear outline of the general structure of the application process
•    A summary document consolidating findings into a single, easy-to-reference guide

Package Scope

This package begins with your initial working session and concludes when you receive your written assessment and summary materials.

The Provided Materials Will Give You

•    A realistic picture of your European study options
•    A clear sense of direction
•    Confidence about whether to move forward — and how

Many people use this as their first step before moving into application planning or full admissions support.

Package 2

Application Blueprint

For families and students ready to take action and avoid mistakes

If you already know that studying in Europe is the right direction, this package gives you a clear, organized plan for moving forward.

It is designed to turn your goals into a structured application plan — so you know what to apply to, what is required, and what to do next, step by step

What this package gives you

You receive a personalized Application Blueprint plan that removes ambiguity from the application process by clearly defining:

•    Which specific programs and universities are strategically appropriate for your background and goals
•    What each selected application actually requires, without assumptions or guesswork
•    How different systems, countries, and programs differ in expectations, so nothing catches you off guard

Everything is organized into a single, coherent plan so you are working from structure, not improvisation.

What You Receive

•    A personalized university and program shortlist aligned with your academic profile, goals, and eligibility
•    A written Application Blueprint plan outlining required steps for each selected program
•    A program-by-program requirements summary, including documents, exams, and key components
•    A step-by-step preparation sequence showing recommended sequencing and order of actions
•    Motivation letter direction and structure guidance, including themes, positioning, and expectations per program type
•    A document preparation checklist tailored to the selected universities
•    Country- and system-specific application notes relevant to the chosen programs
•    A consolidated Application Blueprint file that brings all application information into one organized reference

Package Scope

This package begins with your initial working session and concludes once all items listed in the "What You Receive" section have been delivered.

The Provided Materials Will Give You

•    A complete, realistic application plan
•    Clear priorities and next steps
•    Confidence that you are preparing the right applications — the right way

You know exactly what to work on and in what order.

How this builds on Package 1

If Package 1 answers “Does Europe make sense?”,
Package 2 answers “Exactly how do I apply — and to what?”

This package is about moving from clarity into action, with a plan you can trust.

Package 3

Package Scope

This package begins with your initial working session and provides guidance, explanation, and review across the full admissions and preparation process.

It concludes once your applications have been prepared and submitted, admissions responses have been reviewed, and your preparation materials (visa guidance, housing guidance, and arrival checklist) have been delivered and discussed.

•    Clarity when requirements differ between universities or countries
•    Confidence that materials are being prepared thoughtfully and consistently

This level of support is designed to reduce uncertainty and unnecessary stress while maintaining full client control.

How this builds on Packages 1 and 2

Package 3 includes everything covered in Packages 1 and 2 and extends guidance into the application and preparation phase, including:

•    Guidance as applications are prepared and submitted
•    Help understanding admissions communications and follow-up requests

This package is appropriate for families who want one consistent professional point of guidance from planning through enrollment and arrival at the university.
